Review: Etude House Missing U Bee Happy Lip Balm in Rose

Etude House always has the cutest things. You can’t argue with me on this. Look. Cute.

I stumbled upon the Missing U Bee Happy Lip Balm (in Rose) on eBay during one of my BB cream hunts. It was cute. I was weak. Now it is mine.

I really liked the color of the lip balm… but it goes on extremely sheer so you just get a slight tint. I wish it was a little more intense, but it’s fine. Still cute. It has a rose scent/flavor, pretty similar to C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve, if you’re familiar with that.

The Missing U Bee Happy line of lip balms is hydrating and relatively long-lasting… Mine usually stays on until I do something to make it come off. Like eat. Or drink. Or kiss. Mouth things.

I imagine this would be really nice over a lip tint for a nice little color/shine combo.

As you can see, it comes in three other varieties. I just might invest in the peach… I’m a sucker for peach.

Pros: Cute. Relatively cheap in Korea (~$3 USD I think?) but I got mine for around $7 on eBay.
Cons: Not as colorful as I had hoped.

Final Verdict: It’s a nice lip balm for what it is. I’ll probably get the peach one someday. Cute things will end me.
